Ms. Devanshi Modi is a Physical Therapist and the owner of Spineck Physical Therapy in East Brunswick, NJ. She is highly experienced in seeing post-operative shoulder and knee patients including SLAP repairs, rotator cuff injuries, ACL reconstructions, and joint replacements.
She has worked extensively with athletes, dancers, runners, and weekend warriors. She believes in detailed assessment of functional movements to get to the root cause of pain instead of just treating the symptoms.

Devanshi designs exercise plans targeted to each patient's needs and functional goals. She is formally trained in Kinesiotaping, mobilization of nerves and joints, and Graston's technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization). She incorporates Yoga and Pilates in her exercises and keeps herself updated with recent advances in physical therapy.
She holds a Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Sciences from Nair Hospital, Mumbai, India and has more than 15 years of experience treating diverse patients in outpatient clinics in New Jersey and New York.
